Your project. Your privacy.

This page explains how the storefront handles a quote or a question. The business operating this storefront is responsible for responding to your requests. You can reach the operator through the question form on the home page.

Details you send

A request can include your name, email, phone, company, message, vehicle details, pane dimensions, design settings, uploaded artwork, and a preview. We use those details to review the project, prepare a quote, and respond. Text-contact consent is optional and is recorded with your request.

Where the details go

Submitted requests and artwork are held in a private Supabase database and storage bucket. Vercel runs this website and its server routes. The owner can assign a fulfillment brief and artwork to an affiliate, which receives only that assigned job. Owner commission, customer retail price, and other affiliates’ accounts stay private. Stripe processes approved orders and connected-account transfers. Resend sends notifications to the business. If the operator enables SMS, Twilio sends a request alert to the operator’s configured phone. The storefront does not send automated marketing texts to customers.

Saved designs on your device

The Save draft control stores design settings in this browser’s local storage. It does not store your contact form or uploaded artwork. The Reset design icon removes that saved design and resets the current studio. Portal sign-in uses authentication cookies. This site does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Access and retention

Uploaded files are private. The business may receive temporary signed links to review your artwork. Anyone with a valid temporary link can access that file until the link expires, so do not forward it publicly. Ask the operator through the question form to access, correct, or delete a request. The operator must set its retention period before accepting live orders.

Your choices

You can preview and download a design without sending a request. Send only artwork you have the right to use and information needed to quote your project. Declining text-contact consent does not prevent a quote request. Email remains required so the business can respond.

When the operator changes how this site uses information, this notice must be updated.
